This inspection is a requirement for all maintenance contracts, unless the roof was recently installed by Advantage Roofing. You read that right - We can begin a maintenance plan on roofs installed by other roofing companies.
Advantage Roofing will provide the following information and documentation to the building owner or site manager responsible for making financial decisions.
Core Sample
Roofing type and sub-structure will be identified and documented by taking a core sample.
Photos
Photo documentation to include front of building, elevations, and rooftop.
Lifetime
Estimated useful life of the roofing system will be determined and advised upon.
Review
Inspection will be reviewed in its entirety with the property owner or site manager.
Scope
A scope of needed or immediate repairs will be provided and explained.
Action Plan
We will create a full plan to restore roof to a serviceable state and to extend the life of your roof.
These services will be performed with every maintenance inspection. All reports will be reviewed with the building owner or an appointed representative.
Photos
Visual inspection of the overall roof condition and detailed photographs.
