You can't go wrong with Advantage Roofing, but more specifically Jason Martin. After a hail storm our insurance company wanted to "patch in" shingles on our roof. Jason met with several adjusters on our behalf and eventually got us the settlement we needed. Jason was persistent, unflappable, always even-tempered. Advantage replaced 3 roofs on our cul-de-sac. Crews were timely and efficient. Cleanup was great. Jason checked in throughout the project to make sure we all received a satisfactory outcome.

Jason was exceptional in how he handled the roof repair and the thoughtfulness of his approach. The repair was time-sensitive and he worked to fit us in. The repair work itself was perfect and his team got it done and cleaned up very well. I have used other roofers that were not considerate enough to even pick up all the trash from the job. My experience with advantage roofing was top notch! Adam Skaggs was professional and full of expertise. He was eager to assess our roof problem and present a workable solution. Adam was timely, fair, honest, and accessible.

The process of getting my insurance company to agree to pay for my roof to be replaced from storm damage was a tedious nightmare that took eight months. A previous roofing company just gave up and ghosted me before I called Advantage. Their rep, Adam, stuck with it and advocated hard for us to get what we needed. In the end we got their agreed payment increased by over $20,000.

To support my case, Adam even did his own research on my city's building codes and documented where the insurance company's estimates were inadequate.

Once the money was finally lined up we were on the schedule within days. They showed up exactly when they said they would and took exactly as long as they said they would, and even did a better than I expected job cleaning up the mess. I'm not an expert by any means, but the new roof, vents and gutters look beautiful to me.

Price is important. I honestly don't really know how Advantage compares to others in that department because I've never had to replace a whole roof before. However, I would be willing to pay more than rock-bottom for the service and professionalism they demonstrated.

Chris was professional and explained the process with the insurance adjuster. He was also able the schedule the roof replacement earlier than planned due to my work schedule. My roof looks nice, and the cleanup was well done. If recommended for HVAC for flashing pipe installment beware of Oklahoma Air as the owner almost got me for $2400 for work that was not needed.

This is not my habit to write reviews for products or services I used before. However, when I searched roof companies on Google. It popped up many names . Then, I read many good reviews about Advantage Roofing, especially the consultant name Jason Martin. I told myself hope I chose the right one (depend on those good reviews).So I called the office of Advantage Roofing to schedule appointment for estimate of my roof replacement. I forgot to mention Jason at that time. Luckily, Jason Martin, the consultant whom many good reviews talked about on Google, came to estimate my roof .When we talked to Jason , we recognized that he is an awesome guy for this job . He is friendly, very professional, honest and know what to do to get off the burdens for his customers from dealing with insurance. When insurance company denied paying for decking of my roof, Jason assured me that he would fight with them until they agreed. And finally, I had a new roof with brandnew deck . His crew worked hard to finish the installation of new deck and roof on the day right after Thanksgiving. They did a wonderful job with cleaning up all the debris and nail and all of my flower beds are still alive, no damages. Jason returned our call and came out to Norman to inspect our roof after the October 2021 hail storm. Our damage was not enough to turn in for insurance. Jason recommended that we call him in 4-5 months to reinspect. We appreciate a straight up fair answer. We have already recommended Advantage to several friends and will call them in the future.

Jason just came out to inspect our roof. Although we had to reschedule several times based on my schedule, he was very accommodating and professional. He immediately noted that my roof was in good condition and not in need of repair or replacement for several years. Even with this, he did a thorough inspection and identified some minor issues I should address. After months of back and forth with the "wrong" roofing contractor, I was introduced to Jason with Advantage Roofing, by a much trusted friend. Jason came and did a roof inspection. He was very thorough, he didn't miss anything. He spent a bunch of time looking over each section.. Most of what he found was the same as the previous contractor, but just the simple fact that he explained the process with me. ie. he was able to address an issue with our chimney flashing that no other company was able to. He had an additional idea of how to also make it pretty. That told me he and his company really knew what they were doing, and really cared what I thought as a customer. This was the company we were going with!
After the sale and installation... this company was spot on with the production team. Brett came out and explained even the parts that I didn't think about. I worked with Chris Wright on installation of a new flat roof that also serves as an upstairs patio in a historic neighborhood in Oklahoma City. We had an ongoing leak for years that despite our efforts was never resolved. Chris talked through all of the options and recommended water testing. With water testing the mystery leak was found. I needed both siding repair and flat roof replacement. Chris coordinated with the company working on my siding & door replacement. Chris was very responsive. He always answered my questions promptly. He invited my many questions and prepared multiple estimates for replacement with various roofing material. Great company! I called late on a Friday after discovering a storm blew open my living room door and flooring the room. Randy took my call that night and was just awesome about working me into his schedule to come assess the damage the next day (water was already below the boards and not causing damage to the walls so I really just needed to know if I would have to rip up all my floors). Randy and Korey came out the next day and assessed all the moisture below the floors and gave me all the options to manage the damage. They were extremely professional, kept in constant contact with me all day as to when they would be able to come out to look at my place, they were on time and extremely knowledgeable. They have even checked in on me since to make sure I didn’t need anything. I would highly recommend them!

Jason came by to inspect a house I am thinking about buying very soon. When he came he was so respectful and knowledgeable, it was refreshing. I plan on using Advantage when I need my roof replaced.

Aaron and his guys at Advantage are awesome! We had an issue with a leaking roof at my business after a tornado a few years back. They showed up and patched our leak to get us through the storms. Aaron then came out and thoroughly went through the entire roof and gave us an estimate to fix things properly. Their bid was very competitive and they caught some things the other company did not in their bid. Once the job was scheduled, they knocked it out very quickly. Since this repair we have had some wind damage occur. One call to Aaron and he was here to inspect and within a few days his guys were on site to repair. They take their job very seriously and they take pride in providing great customer service. I would definitely recommend them for any of your roofing needs.

Adam came by to detect a leak in our roof. He found a small hole likely caused by a nail being stepped on. Because it was minimal, he offered to cover it free of charge! He also gave great advice on next actions to take. He was professional and friendly. We will be keeping his card handy if we ever need any roofing work done in the future.

We contacted Aaron with Advantage Roofing and he came out the same day. He is one of the kindest and most knowledgeable people I have dealt with. We explained the situation of needing a quick turnaround due to closing date. He somehow worked his magic and was able to start very quick. His team of 10 guys showed up to work and worked 13 hr days for 4 days. They were the cleanest crew. Everyday upon leaving you could not even tell they were here working. Aaron and/or Chris one checked on the job daily. Aaron was great to work with and was more than patient dealing with insurance company. I totally would recommend this company for any roofing needs you might have. If there was a 10 star choice they would definitely get 10 stars!! Thanks for a great job and great crew!

Adam Skaggs helped us from beginning to end and showed nothing but the best customer service I've seen in a very long time. We are very happy with our new roof and gutters, and I will admit it was not an easy job at all, we had to have pretty much a complete tear down (due to storm damage and bringing decking up to code). He was with us every step of the way making sure we got the best deal. Highly recommend.

Full disclosure - We did not purchase a roof, but it wasn't because we didn't want Advantage doing it, it's because we just decided to hold off for now. Victor and Justin were AWESOME during my roof replacement. The quality of the work was fantastic, but that was just the end result. The real value is the service and value this team provides from day 1 through job completion.

I have a good insurance company but they were only going to replace the ridge. The team at Advantage worked with me through several rounds of adjustments and negotiation with the insurance company. In the end my whole roof was replaced with an upgrade on shingles, plus we found water damage and they worked through having everything inside the house repaired. Highly recommended!!

The Chapel roof was leaking badly. Chris Wright , from Adantage roofing, inspected the roof within two days after I called. He returned the next day with the owner, Victor. They decided the best course of repair and started within a week. They did an excellent job for a very reasonable price. They finished the job in only two days and cleanup the next morning. My leaky roof needed fixing. It was a relatively small job and I had a lot of trouble finding a company willing to make the repair. Then I made a call to Advantage Roofing. Their salesman came over the next morning , examined the roof and gave me a detailed estimate which was fair and reasonable. A few days later the roof was fixed and hasn't leaked since! My experience with Advantage Roofing was a good one and they have my recommendation.

Victor and his group not only did a top quality job on my roof but also rebuilding my interior ceiling, painting and sheetrock repair - they did it quickly and nothing was damaged - they had to move and cover furniture and create a passage using visquine so I could stay in my home during extensive repairs.
